I started Stone Leadership Consultancy to encourage leaders to become more relational in their outlook and practice. I have a background in research, education and community development, with extensive experience of leading schools and collaborative partnerships. I am passionate about supporting leaders and teams to transform their organisations and effect positive, sustainable change.

I am a qualified Coach and Mentor of Senior and Executive Leaders and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I also hold Fellowship status with the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT) and The Royal Society for Arts, Commerce and Manufactures (FRSA).
